Instructional Leadership Models in Modern Schools

چکیده
The tool developed by Hallinger (PIMRS) has been widely used to identify the level of involvement a school principal and his/her management team in instructional leadership. PIMRS unfolds domains which principals delegate their team, that are priority for leadership when drawing up school’s profile. However, no studies have conducted aimed at identifying models based on profiles obtained applying PIMRS. Cluster analysis (Ward’s method) was carried out patterns 120 schools one megacities Russia. Four were identified, recommendations provided.
